Very systematic and well structuedone process was conducted by HR and technical team. A HR round was followed by technical telephonic interview. Then was a written examination, and last was a panel interview.

7 rounds. 1 - HR called for basic questions from my naukri profile. 2 - Telephonic technical round - bit difficult on tool and processes. 3 - written, 100 marks, basic English, technical writing, apptitude. 4 - Manager - scenario based questions, typical manager round - this was difficult. 5- Director- Basic questions, non technical. 6- USA client / counter part round. Very tough and detailed. 2 USA and 3 Indian managers. It lasted 2 hours. 7 - HR round final, general HR round and salary discussions and released offer letter in 1 hour. The entire process took more than 1 month but after round 7 . Things moved fast.
