1-HR phone screening
2-Technical phone screening
3-Onsite interview
I've read couple of things in glassdoor web site, that says 30-35% of current and previous employees recommend that company. I started wonder because during the interviews they treated me very well until I got there for onsite interview.
When I went to onsite interview, conference room was not even scheduled for the interview, so I had to wait in HR's office, she wanted cover all things up so she showed me around then finally took me to the conference room however the interview did not start on time, I waited 10-15 minutes there alone because HR couldn't find the right person for interview.
Then someone else came up who was second in the iteration list, asked me many technical questions which I answered them all, he left, another person who was supposed to show up first came in. I answered all his technical questions, then interviewed with 2 more person.
Somehow, they wanted to introduce me to Vice President which was not on iteration list after all the interview process was over. My impression was quite negative due to being late of interview time, mixed up iterations.
Following day, HR called me, asked to have some references. I have given my colleagues' information in my current company, then she called them the day after. As far as I asked my colleagues, they both confirm that I should get the job because the person who called was highly satisfied, asked many question will I be able to handle more work load/responsibilities if I will be given. Its been long time however I haven't got an email yet. I don't think FIS doesn't know what it wants and keeps wasting candidates' time, please watch out.
I'm just confirming why 30-35% of people do recommend that company fair enough. I thought it might have been different until I got there for on site interview but hasn't been.
Overall, it has been great experience because I verified glassdoor is right.
Thanks
