Colloquio
It consists of 3 rounds,
1. Telephonic Technical Interview, where i was asked aout my past experience and my interests and bit technical about my command over linux and sql
2. Technical Interview - My linux scripting and command line knowledge was tested and i was given a linux box machine where i have to type in the questions asked.
3. Interview with DIrector - Formal and Intutive - we started with Profile and ended up discussing about Capital Markets

They tested my knowledge of FInancial Sector, asking basic questions about Trading
Three rounds with first two round as technical rounds. Last round was Project Manager round which comprised of general personality related questions.
Test of domain knowledge through assignment was given. Applied for the postition of Instructional design.

Very smooth and professional.
On call process and runs for at least an hour.
The interviewer starts from the basics and goes till high-level questions.
