I got a interview call from FIS Global and went for the interview process , there are 2 interview processes. First was communication round, in which I got selected then told me to came for second round after a week time. And the second round was client round, which went so good from my side, also the interviewers gave me positive feedback and told that HR will inform you the final result. I came back home and waited for their call, after 1 day I called the HR and HR told me to wait 1 week due to client was on vacation so I waited but after 1 week .Hr called informed that client put me on hold and HR don't know if client will select you or not so HR informed me not to wait for the interview results. I can go for other companies. And this was my worst interview ever. Poor interview process. They could have reject me on the first day of interview, but they wasted my time.

first round was a GD in which there were around 5 students, then written test was conducted to test our writing skills and at last personal interview was conducted.
