I had an initial phone screen going over very basic questions, then I got a request to interview in person at one of the offices. The manager was very easy going - more conversational than anything else.

process took almost a month so be patient... first round was G.D then 2nd round was aptitude only which was quite difficult (Pure formula based maths) after a week they called us for technical face to face and again after a week there was 2nd face to face interview with manager.. and last round was HR and they hired only 2 candidates
