The HR sent me an email saying "We'd like to see if you can clear this assessment". I submitted the assessment, followed up with HR multiple times but was ghosted. Very unprofessional. How hard or time taking is it to say something like 'next round is' or 'we are unable to proceed with next rounds'. Barely takes a minute but it means a lot to the candidate. Please respect them. Interview candidates are not begging for jobs. They have skillsets at hand that you could use for the benefit of the company if they are treated with respect
I found the interview process to be exceptionally well-structured and engaging from start to finish. The experience was remarkably positive, characterized by clear communication and a professional yet welcoming atmosphere.

Rh exchange followed by in site interview with manager and technical test (sql + java qcm). Then a proposal. It took 2 weeks. They have great place to work and everything was straightforward
