I applied online took about six weeks. For a company currently struggling to find and retain talent interviewing with this company was a miserable experience. I applied online and then was reached out to by a FIS recruiter. I interviewed with the recruiter, and she told me she would email me to set a time to interview with the hiring manager. After waiting a few days, I never got that email. So I emailed the recruiter back but never got a response. So I contacted another FIS recruiter. I did the same interview with the new recruiter. She asked me the three questions posted below. After interviewing with the new recruiter, she sent me an email immediately after to set up a time to interview with the hiring manager. I interviewed the hiring manager two days after. The hiring manager asked me the same three questions as the recruiter did. I waited about two weeks before I sent an email asking for an update. The day after, I received a rejection email. The recruiter and hiring manager were 10 minutes late to the zoom meeting interview, and both were WFH. How can they be late from home? How do you expect to find talent by only asking these three questions? There was absolutely no effort from the hiring manager to get to know me. Maybe this company can not find good people because you have people who could care less about interviewing candidates.

structured recruitment process.
The first interview was with the Talent Acquisition team and focused mainly on my motivation for the position, my professional background, and my interest in joining the company. It was also an opportunity to discuss my experience and career expectations.
The second interview was conducted with the hiring managers. During this step, they provided more details about the position, the team, and the day-to-day responsibilities. They also asked more specific questions about the tasks I handled in my previous experiences, my way of working, and how I approach different situations related to the role.
Very nice and very interecting way of dealing woth the important things and very effectively ask questions this is an important to able to get all answers of your questions

Easy process, you met with the business director they ask you about your commitment etc. The process is fairly quick, the interviewer was very nice as well. The company work culture was mentioned a lot also
