The process was smooth until the HR comes into the picture. The technical interview was good, interviewer ask some really good questions and I was able to clear all the rounds. Now comes the time for HR discussion. In the first discussion I was very clear about my salary expectations, actually I was clear about this since very start. The HR took all the details, documents everything and said she will get back to me. And the pain started after this, HR started avoiding my calls. There was no reply on my emails. She never picked up my calls. And after month of follow ups the HR sent me the letter with salary which was slightly higher than my existing salary(4-5%) higher. I had a feeling, they didn’t want me to join and couldn’t give me another reason as I performed well in the interview so this is how they played me. It was the worst experience. Complete waste of time and totally frustrated. I had a good impression about this company but not anymore.
