The interview process started with a phone call from a recruiter in the headquarters located in the Florida. After, a 15-20 min phone interview, this was the initial screening for position, I was told that someone would contact me within 2-3 days to set up an interview. I was asked to come out to the office for a personal interview with several staff members who where hiring for people in their teams.
