I have the chance to participate the in-person assessment centre with FIS in June 2023. The assessment is made up of a group assessment, presentation, business case, logical test, one motivational (30 mins) and one competency interview (30 mins). The whole process is well structured and smoothly guided by HRs. The assessors are friendly, supportive and willing to understand what are you talking about.
