The interview process had 4 steps: 1 - Phone interview with the recruiter. 2- Interview with two senior consultants at the same time with 1 hour duration. 3 - 30 minute interview with a director, where he asked simple questions about my previous experiences 4 - Case Study, my entire process was during the pandemic, so the case study was online and lasted 2 hours.

It was nice. They had a networking event and dinner for us, then interviews the next day. The questions were mainly about our experiences and our interest in consulting, nothing too hard.
