Standard online tests, followed by a video interview with a few members of the EFC team. After this there is an AC day where there is a group activity, an individual case study followed up by an interview, and a final interview with a partner

I applied to this role through a recruiter, and had an initial phone call with him. Then it came up with 1 round onsite and 1 round take-home case study.
