Four stages: - CV and online tests. The maths test was very hard compared to competitors. - Competencies interview plus some technical questions - case study interview. They provide you with an excel sheet and a word document setting out the case. You have to produce a report setting out what the payout should be in a certain case. Afterwards you discuss your work. - final stage interview, technical and competency questions. All of the interview process was challenging but felt like it was a good interview process. Up until after the interview process I would have had an overall positive experience. however, after my final interview I never heard back on what the result was depsite chasing three-four time over two months when I kept getting told I would hear the results soon r.g. end of the week. The last time I chased them they said they were waiting to complete all of the interviews before making an offer, but the job listing was still up 6 months after its initial listing.
