I usually don't take the time to write reviews but I wanted to take the time for this position. I was completely ghosted by the entire recruiting team (including the Recruiter and Coordinator). The company had me go through six rounds of interviews, and it has been almost 3 weeks and still no one has returned any emails or messages when asked about status. I emailed both individuals and no one has provided any update or even an OOO (Out Of Office Message) to inform if they are out of office. This is the second time I took a chance on this company and this is how they treat candidates, even though they reached out to me for the potential opportunity. Not to mention during the third round they asked me to take a lower position because they believed I was "under-qualified" for the position after further review. I just find it ironic that after reaching out to me to deem me unqualified during the process to not further answering any emails or messages. Please do yourself and steer clear of this company because they will waste your time and hopes for this job. I took a lot of time to interview and was excited about the opportunity however they have left me in the dark with no response. Please avoid this company at all costs

They like to really dive deep into past experience and your interest in the role.

Possibly the worst recruitment process i have ever experienced.
The emails were extremely unprofessional, with no content, titled 'Hi from FTI' asking me to set up interviews with no proposed dates or named stakeholders. At times, i had to chase multiple times before any response to set up a following interview.
After a lengthy process and difficult communication, and interviewing with 7 different stakeholders, a generic email was given, with no feedback.
Based on this experience, i would not have taken a job at FTI.
