First, I submitted the online application. From there I received an opportunity to complete the pre recorded interview. The interview consisted of a few common questions. You get two opportunities to record your answer.

First round was a video recorded interview that was not personable, but they also gave you enough time to consider what you wanted to say. I would have preferred to have a zoom interview, but understand why they couldn't do that.
