Colloquio
The first round is a virtual recorded interview via HireVUE. The questions are fairly routine behavioral questions with no retakes allowed and 2 minutes allotted per question. Following this will be a talk with a member of the team.
Usually 2 rounds of interviews: First round consists of 2 interviews (one with a senior business analyst and another one with an engagement manager). the second round also has 2 interviews (principle and partner interviews) but if you do exceptionally well in the first interview of the first round, you get moved up to the second round immediately.

It was un fair cuss the interviewer say to me you are not an engineer so the interview would be a harder for you and then the interview stays for 3hours.
