Online application, tests, one way interview, then zoom interview. I was applying for the GIS Forensic Grad Role. Nice interviewers, asked questions like tell me about a time etc ... Also asked lots of questions about me degree (maths). The feedback was that I seemed too data focussed, which is annoying as they asked so many questions on my degree, so it would obviously seem that way, even though I didn't want a maths focussed role. My advice is that make sure every question you answer you can relate back how you add value to the role you are applying for. And do lots of research about your specific team and role.
