Initial 30-minutes interview with hiring manager, technical manager and peer.
Follow-up was a 4-hour assessment afternoon, consisting of multiple short interviews with various members of staff, as well as a simple programming aptitude test, and an attention-to-detail test.
There was zero specific feedback given after the interview process on how I could have increased my chances of a job offer.
