I had a chat over a month ago with one of the Tampa location’s recruiter that went extremely well. I was told I would be a great fit and that I would hear back from a hiring manager for another interview within a week or two. After almost two months now, I have yet to hear back. I have emailed and texted the recruiter multiple times and also called and left a voicemail. I was so excited and confident in taking the next steps but I was very unprofessionally left in the dark. It is professional to let the interviewee know that they have moved on with another candidate, not just ghost them when they reach out time and time again. Very disappointing.
