After getting shortlisted , they share an assignment over email.
Assignment consists of an API based which had 4 API and need to calculate the data based on conditions and parameters .
I did solve the assignment as , there was no restrictions on framework but after 2 weeks received rejection email with No Explanation or Feedback .
According to me I did solve their assignment and got the output as they wanted but still received rejection , hence rejection reason is unclear.

Interviewed for a Junior SDET role. Coming from a FAANG, it felt like they don't have any processes to be specific. HR felt like a puppet. They just call you and have less clarity on what the role actually needs. No one replies, no one answers you, just be there if you just want to attend to make a fool of yourself from being ghosted.
Interviewers except maybe the leadership and dev team felt like some egoistic guys (QA team), who are just there from many years, who have less clarity on what is actually required. They know 1-2 things and ask from their limited knowledge rather than expecting the proper answers. Tech stack is minimal -- Hope the company makes some changes to such stupid interviews in QA rather than wasting people's time.
Saw similar reviews as well for the same roles, and seems they don't even care to make any changes. Asking dev questions is fine and is required in SDET role, but make sure that your own employees know the answer before they ask it, and not just to show off.
If these were the people I had to work in testing team, it was good it never got through.

Dev + QA Questions -- Both were stupid enough to be irritating. I just wanted to end the interview once I understood that the interviewer doesn't have any clue on proper automation or development as well as questions itself were wrong. Just a few questions to show what less he knows, that's all
