I applied on Linkedin.
An agency reached out and we talked about the role.
The brief was all fine. Then interviewed with the hiring manager.
She seemed harassed and needed someone straight away apparently but also throughly bored and started yawning during the interview!!
This is disrespectful to me as I have other things to do than waste my time with fake jobs, that are posted to keep people looking busy.
Just because I am looking for work does nto mean I am to be treated like my time does not matter,
I am thoroughly suitable for the role so why waste my time?

Colloquio
Had interview with the sales leader face to face, HR and hiring manager as well as presented the marketing plan. After which was ghosted. Its the first time I came so far into the interview stages to get ghosted. I also spent alot of time in the presentation.
