A recruiter reached out to schedule an initial conversation. After that, I had an hour long phone call with the head of research. I was then required to complete a design challenge (was paid $100 for it), and complete 3 other interviews with members of their team. It was about a 10 hour commitment overall. Everyone was pleasant and engaging.
