Very laid back about 10 or so questions asking about different types of situations on how I handled problems with customers or co-workers had to do couple of assessments test adding reading pretty simple

Have you had a time when you didn't agree with company policy and what did you do about it
Several Stages over 2 week period. Being able to count and a competency test along with a driving test. Then a drug and dot physical. Overall a very standard process.

Contacted by Human Resources for initial questions, then contacted by the hiring person at the site applying to. Interview scheduled within week. Hour long interview. Very informative and receptive to questions that I had brought to the interview.
