The guy was really cool, casual, straight forward, and it was very early in the morning. Overall it was more like conversation. I had forklift and warehouse experience so I guess that really helped me out.

You walk into the front desk and sign in and wait to be seen by the interviewer. Once seen you begin the interview. Followed by questions. Bam interview is done

Meet with employer. Talk for a minute and then they take you on your dock tour. They described the type of job it is and what you would be doing. He explains everything about the company and pay rate.
