It was basically super easy. They just ask your availability and if you can handle heavy boxes. I basically got the job immediately no in person interview just on the phone. They send you to a 3 day orientation afterwards.

I waited around 20 minutes to be seen by my interviewer, which wasn't even the correct person, but his lacky, who then asked me 6 questions off of a paper and told me to have a great day. I drove 26 miles for this...
