It was a one on one interview with the hub supervisor. Behavioral Questions which focused on teamwork and problem solving. Very laid back. There was a back test to see if you can count how many boxes there were on a pallet.
You walk into the front desk and sign in and wait to be seen by the interviewer. Once seen you begin the interview. Followed by questions. Bam interview is done

Meet with employer. Talk for a minute and then they take you on your dock tour. They described the type of job it is and what you would be doing. He explains everything about the company and pay rate.
