I applied for the job giving in a CV and cover letter and received an email asking for a phone interview around 2 weeks later. The phone interview was well organised I was given a time for the phone call and duration, I was asked questions that I expected but also questions which highlighted what was important to the company and employer. I was then called and asked in for a face to face interview. I arrived and was welcomed then had 2, 45 minute interviews with 2 members of staff in each. The questions were again good and made me think and see what the company cared about which is far better than being asked the standard interview questions.
