Responded to advertisement on Indeed, Emailed back and forth with a lady and got an interview.
Showed up at the interview and the place was locked as they didnt open for another 2 hrs. Called the store and the store manager wasn't aware of me showing up until after he let me in and called a few people.
Overall the interview went well. We chatted about the position and various other stuff. Got a second interview with the DM (district manager) for the next day. Will update as soon as the interview is over .

Good interview lasted 45 minutes just a bunch of questions about who you are and how well you think you will do. They want to get to know you as much as possible so be prepared for lots of questions

Interview was a 3 step progress. Interviewed one, on the on phone, then had an in-person interview with the district operator, had an interview with the franchisee and the district operator. Organized and straightforward. Professional and direct.
Lots of questions asked about customer service in hospitality industry. Your work experiences, expectations, salary base, how long, your background, how well do you work with a team, how long have worked, are you a team player, training expectations
