I applied for a position through a referral and, within a week, had a brief 10-minute call with HR. Subsequently, I was invited for an on-site interview that lasted 1 hour with 2 managers. Although they were nice, they seemed somewhat tired, disinterested, and a bit tense. I didn't appreciate the male interviewer tackling all my questions and dominating the conversation, not even checking with the female interviewer if she had something to say (even when my questions were directed towards her). Following this, HR contacted me to do a 1.5-hour technical test assignment, also conducted on-site. I found the test to be difficult. Unfortunately, after completing the technical test, there was a two-week period of silence. Finally, I received a very brief decline phone call from a different HR representative who was unable to provide specific feedback or reasons regarding my performance on the assignment. The whole process took 1 month.
