First a Phone screen followed by then a 30 minute Quick tech interview with quick coding.
Then 3 more interviews in one block (although depending on schedule this may differ) , one tech, one competency based interview, and another coding.
overall the process was very clear and they were friendly enough.
I didn't have enough experience in R unfortunately.

The interview process was good and the team helped along. Flatiron Health’s interview process includes a recruiter screen, online technical or SQL/R assessment, and multiple rounds of technical, system design, and behavioral interviews.
The final round consists of 1 Behavioral Question Session + 1 Live Coding (R) + 1 Product Case Session. Typical Questions you see from other similar companies. The interviewers were nice.
three rounds at total, first round is Karat which is about statistics, sql and R. the second one is to interview with a Data Insight Engineer, third one is superday, with Data Insight Engineer, Hiring manager and PM. they are about R coding, case, and bq
