5 rounds with general hr to final l&d manager.. Average questions only.. No big L&D related.. Shows that the interviewer is from non l&d background. Could easily crack if you answer confidently

5 rounds in total.... back to back interviews and spent more than half a day doing interviews. The first one was taken by a very senior person who tried to do a stress interview but i could see in his eyes that he had made up his mind to hire someone else because the rest of the rounds went extremely well and a i received a positive feedback. The other interviewers themselves told me you are great. LOL. But i guess they dont even have a say as the first one has already made up his mind ... so why waste my and your time!? Good one but illogical process. But im glad atleast had a good practice for rest of the interviews lol
