Was a tiring laborious process with 8 rounds. after an Initial phone screen I was called you to Bangalore. There I had have a set of 5 other interviews with Managers and Architects. Then there was one more round of interview with a business manager about business skills etc. They check design skills , business interfacing skills, communication, system integration concepts etc. When the whole ordeal was over they kept me waiting and after 5-6 weeks they send a mail out with absolutely no feedback just telling they cant consider you. Making me feel like a total idiot who wasted time travelling to Bangalore and spending anywhere between 10-15 hrs taking questions and left wondering if they value the time of other people who come to attend their interviews. The whole process was totally a waste of time and energy
