First there is telephonic round, where basic finance questions are asked by HR. This is followed by Skype interview, in which Project manger asks questions related to basic finance topics. Then there is confirmation in about three weeks time. The process was simple and individual will not find it tough to get in.

Two Rounds: 1. HR Round 2. Finance Round HR would be normal just like other companies. Questions like--Why Equity, related to CV, how would you fit in, etc. Finance would be basic with questions like: Diff btw fundamental and technical analysis, P/V, P/E, and other ratios. What do you think about the current economy. Which is better, low P/E or high P/E?
