Competency based - panel. HR partner and two senior managers in the Department I was being interviewed for. The panel took it turns to ask competence based questions asking for challenge situation, what I did to overcome them and what the out come was. Also asked to do a one page ppt presentation of key programme management challenges faced in GSK from my experience working on programme in the past.
