I applied online (25 Feb) and automatically they invited me to an online test made of 3 different sections: value assessment, numerical test (graphs, statistics, tables) and text comprehension. I passed the test (27 Feb) and than they ask me ana ppointment for a phone interview (6 Mar). I proposed 14 Mar.

-how I found the open position
-Why research area is so important for gsk
-Tell me about a time when you've used your organizational skills
-Tell me about a time when you've used your team working ability
-Tell me about a time when you had to change your role: how you managed?
