Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso GSK (Collegeville, PA) nel mese di feb 2017
Colloquio
The interview process was extremely long and painful. I finally concluded that it was the admin/secretary that was the root of these issues. The whole thing was a disorganized mess. I had two phone interviews and one on-site interview in Collegeville, PA. The phone interviews were strange because I had a conference call with two hiring managers, then the HR screening call was after that. Both were purely on my past experience was had no "test-style" questions. The on site interview consisted of a 1 hr presentation, and lots of 30 min meetings. Everyone was very nice, but you could tell the position was not planned out very well. I am thankful I did not get the job cause the disorganized department would be too much to handle. To prove my point about being disorganized, I interviewed over 6 months ago and they still have not processed my re-imbursement. Not sure if I will ever get it back honestly.

Great and speedy interview process consisting of 2 virtual rounds and 1 in person. Genuinely interested in my questions for a discussion on how it fits the vision for the role that I applied

Screening interview with HR then 45 min phone interview followed by full day onsite interview. Everyone was very nice and the technical questions were limited to your own research. Overall a pleasant experience.

Initial chat with a recruiter with standard procedure, mostly talking about the "logistics" of the job, e.g. salary range, location, etc. Then chat with hiring manager. After that I was invited to give a technical presentation, followed by about 6 different 1:1 or 1:2 interviews, the talk and interviews were conducted virtually. Lastly a site visit in person. Site visit included lunch and additional 1:1 conversations.

Many technical questions relating to the research I presented. There was also a lot of room for me to ask questions to the team.
