Straightforward interview. The bulk of the interview was based on experience working prior to job that was being applied for. There were some situational questions but the majority was based around experience and skills

Standard online application followed by 30 phone interview asking very basic questions about interests and goals. On site interview was quickly scheduled, lasted all day, and included 8 half hour interviews with scientists and project directors. Questions were a mix of specific science skills and behavioral/situational type.
