Overall I had a positive experience. The assessment centre included a mix of individual and team tasks, as well as a situational based interview. GSK is a great company to work for as an Industrial placement student.

First step was to do an online test with a resume and a few questions on why you want the placement/to work at GSK. Following this, I was invited to an on-site interview which consisted of a technical interview, strengths-based interview, and group interview. I received an offer within 3 hours of finishing the interviews.

The virtual assessment one way interview. Chill, have 3 minutes to think after given the question and they give you bullet point prompts. 1.5min to answer and able to redo the recording once. Only 3 questions. Average kind of questions for one way interviews. (Skills, motivations, teamwork, adaptability)
