this position uses multi-step online assessment. You will spend a large amount of time on online assessment while they may already denied your application, which is not efficient. the system sent me an automatic email saying I passed the step 1 assessment and send me a link for step 2. I haven't started yet but the company sent me another email to deny my application. I was confused. Why was that since I passed the step 1 already

Online Assessments including numerical and verbal reasoning tests and A simulated day on the job- watching videos of different scenarios, followed by a virtual video interview with a technical scenario multiple choice questionnaire.

Had to complete a video interview which was short - only two questions. I was then invited to the assessment centre which was very challenging but also enjoyable. Everyone was really friendly and made me feel very at ease.
