Applied online by completing an online test, followed by an application form. I was interviewed at my university by a process chemist from GSK. The interview was pleasant and consisted of approximately one half behavioral questions and the other half technical questions testing my chemical knowledge.

Video interview as part of the assessment process. Plenty of prep time, and could retake the response video. Questions were clear and not too specific for the role - more about yourself and past experiences e.g. challenges/leadership roles.
