Firstly had to submit an eligibility form, then do a World of GSK assessment. After this had to submit an application form asking questions about motivation for applying to GSK and for this particular role. Got invited to GSK assessment Centre. Whole process took about 2 months.

Very straightforward interview with no unexpected questions. Mostly competency-based questions, followed by several questions specific to the role and responsibilities. The overall structure was clear and easy to follow throughout.
