The candidate receive phone call from recruiter saying that there is an opportunity bla bla and would you be interested and if so, would you be available for interview with Manager in 2 days time?
SURE.. Candidates' dream coming true...
Interview takes less then 15 minutes and you get rejection the very evening.
Candidate has traveled around 360 miles round trip, wasted so much time and energy... but apparently, it was a setup to fill in so called "Equal Opportunity" section on their files. Total scam.
Highly disappointed that companies like GSK are behaving in this manner.
