3 stage process involving various members of stakeholders/management. Phone interview was screening phase with 2 in-person interviews to follow. Process was lengthy (approx 3 months) and involved a lengthy negotiation process after initial derisory offers.

Business case development on how to deal with aspects of change management and give real life experience. Once examples were given, more specific technical questions were used and this was somewhat unsettling.
