We had to take an assessment for an entire day. I was with a group of 10-12 people. There were groupings where you need to work in a group and there will be an individual presentation as well. There are panelists who will judge your individual/group presentation and there are hypothetical cases as well where in you need to identify the problem and what you would do to address this. All the people were really approachable.
