It consisted of a round of web-based verbal, mathematical, and Cattel-like logical reasoning tests aimed to value whether the candidate was a good fit for the program and select the best 20 of them. It was followed by a challenging one day long assessment session in person in Siena.

At a certain point in time I had the clear perception that one of the candidates, who was already working for them on a fixed term contract, looked like she had a very good insight on every question that was posed, so that I remember they starded answered a few of them BEFORE the examiner had finished asking them.

Had an initial screening interview with HR, and then a full blown mega interview day at GSK in Warren. Interview day featured 4 total interviews, including a case presentation, a group working session, fit interviews and a case interview.

Interview
It is really nice to take an interview there. The whole group and the hiring manager are really nice, and the procedure was setup neatly and timely. It will be great to work with a group like that
