3 panel interview. All day process. Throughout the process you are asked several questions in regard to your work experience. Most of the questions are centered around your goals and your ability to handle adverse situations.

Interview consisted of a team building activity. This took about a half hour. Following that was a round robin interview. There are roughly around 3 interviews for about 15-20 minutes each.

I got the interview through a recruiter and a college career fair. The actual interview started off as a team exercise. That was then followed by one-on-one interviews. I had about 3 interviewers.

Very laid back. The interview was supposed to happen by at least 5 people. Unfortunately, some of them had responsibility and could not make it. I was only interviewed by one supervisor.
