The interview process was very formal and STAR heavy. I interviewed during covid so it was slightly different, but the questionnaire sheet is all STAR questions. GSK is process heavy so it is no surprise their interview process is very formal with guided questions and rating system.

With Hiring manager was kind of blurt and not super casual but nothing difficult, just asking questions regarding fit for the position that wasn't described well in the listing. Hope it went better but I was too nervous.

It was an initial screening interview at the phone. They investigated my background in molecular biology and vaccines related to the open position. They also told me all the benefits and informed me about the continuing of the interview process.
