The video interview was pretty standard. They have a series of 8 questions with a minute reading time and 2 minute answering time. None of which are really situational/behavioural. You need to understand the firm’s background, especially the consumer and pharmaceutical sectors, its recent news and the responsibility and skills required from the role .The video interview was pretty standard. Start off with a Screening interview with Human Resources personnel . If progress, then proceed to interview with the direct manager. Some instances there is a panel interview including Human Resources and sales

long interview, always very grounded and understanding, no pressure but lots of technicality. Everyone in the table was very welcoming, they are not there to trick you but to get to know you better.
