The person who interviewed me was actually the hiring manager and was so nice and genuine, that I wanted to work there right away.
These qualities are rare in Big Pharma.
Long process Hiring manager was responsive and would be great to work for. Final no interview was a panel interview. FRM experience was priority. Ultimately hired someone with experience as FRM and/ experience with customer base.
