Interview will be first conducted with the Recruitment Manager, she will be asking mainly sitiuational questions, about your major achievements, leadership skills, problem solving skills and other skills. Next interview would be conducted by the Procurement director, he will be focusing on core procurement values and strategic sourcing. Last interview will be with the HR Director, who will be asking generic questions.

3 rounds of interviews. Mostly checking functional knowledge, ability to work in global environment & stakeholder relationships. Pretty straightforward process. One round of interview may happen with a global stakeholder from Category team or Regional procurement leader.
